Scaffolding galvanizing plant consists of 5 tanks, 2 nos acid tanks with 4 mm FRP fiber lining, 2 nos rinsing tank that has 3 mm FR fiber lining, 1 nos flux tank. Service condition – zinc ammonium chloride solution. Temp - 40°C. These all tanks are used to clean the scaffolding before going through the galvanizing plant.
